This is the best deviled egg recipe ever, it packs a sweetness along with a kick. These guys are a real crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients :
12 eggs - 24 halves

1/2 cup Mayo
3 Tablespoons Apricot Preserves
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
pinch of salt
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Chives for garnishing
1. Hard boil eggs, let cool and peel.
2. Cut them in half and put yokes in a bowl, add the ingredients above and mix.
3. Place mixture into a zip lock baggie and snip corner (mimicking a pastry bag) squeeze into egg whites.
4. Cut chives into "laces" and place on top
5. Optional sprinkle more Cayenne on top to give an extra kick.
6. Enjoy!
