Remembering the Rastaman

Today is the 30th anniversary of the death of Reggae legend, Bob Marley.

Bob Marley left behind one of the greatest collections of music. Judy Mowatt, of the I-Threes, a Jamaican reggae group, said "The reservoir of music he has left behind is like an encyclopedia. When you need to refer to a certain situation or crisis, there will always be a Bob Marley song that will relate to it. Bob was a musical prophet." Here are a few of our favorite Bob songs:

NO WOMAN NO CRY

I SHOT THE SHERIFF

MELLOW MOOD

IRON LIKE A LION IN ZION

Bob's amazing music, and unique look has inspired endless works of art, in countless mediums:

"Love the life you live, live the life you love" just like Bob Marley did!
